We recently updated our business phone system. National Telesystems installed our previous phone system in 2007 and even though we solicited quotes from other phone companies for our new system, none of them compared with National Telesystems! During our review of new technology, they explained everything in easy to understand terms so we knew what hardware and services would best suit our needs. The installation was flawless and the follow-up and training were right on target.
We recently moved our office and had to find a capable team to move our old Nortel phone system. My questions were answered ahead of time and all concerns about moving an old system were discussed prior to scheduling. Very professional. Our installer was also knowledgeable and thorough. Fantastic company to work with, I honestly couldn’t imagine how it could get much better. Very responsive salesperson, we had a lot of construction delays so we had to rearrange scheduling more than I liked, but they were happy to reschedule us every single time.
