WIN understand that ISO-9000 is not just about quality control, but also quality assurance.  It is the assurance of the suppliers ability to consistently deliver the level of quality which meets their customers needs and expectations.  With a product line produced according to the registered ISO-9000 quality system,  customers can have confidence in the capability of their telecommunication's system to live up to quality promises made by the supplier.

Simply put, ISO-9000 is a world standard written to insure that companies who are registered will consistently provide a product that meets or exceeds their customers expectations.  It is a common quality standard used world wide to ensure an acceptable level of quality assurance is sustained by the the registered companies..

Further, to ISO9000 WIN also  tracks failure rates on a monthly basis and measures this to a standard higher than the accepted industry average.  WIN's average failure rate on new products shipped based on the first 30 days of operation is less than one half of one percent(1/2%).  This far exceeds the industry average of over 1%.

WIN also tracks mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time between repair (MTBR).  Where as many companies make outrageous claims of 50 or more years for the MTBF and MTBR of their products, WIN is more realistic.  When you see numbers such as 50 years, it is almost always a calculated number and has nothing to do with the real world.  WIN's MTBF and MTBR numbers are measured based on over 17 years of experience with its products and manufacturing systems.  WIN systems have a measured MTBF of 100,000 hours at the system level and 50,000 hours at the component level.  This translates into 11.5 years for system failures and 5.75 years for component failures.  The return for repair rate is less than 1% of the items shipped and the MTBR is measured at 60,000 hours.
