Live Answer Customer Service... During business hours, all service calls are answered live by a trained Customer Service Representative.  You will not get a recording telling you to leave a message and someone will call back  "when they get a chance".  NTI knows how critical immediate service response is to your business!  Even after business hours, an "urgent" option is available in which a member of NTI's staff will personally respond promptly.

Parts & Inventory... Our complete inventory of systems and components in both Dallas and Fort Worth offices insures that you will not be stuck with a down system.

Advanced Replacement Service... We offer loaner or replacement, phones or parts during a repair to keep your business running at peak efficiency.

Response Time... Certified technicians are on call 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.  Emergency response: Maximum 3 hours - usually much quicker!

Computerized Database for All Service Calls… Customer Service Representatives log every service call and we maintain your phone system data for future reference to identify historical trends for possible service diagnosis.
